"Blocked, you must pair your mobile device". New member cannot finish registration." - Help!

Hello, could someone help me I'm trying to register my temporary card. I'm pretty persistent I ended up using 3 emails and multiple time using the two step verification with the text, and email verification. Cleared cookies, etc.

However, when I get through, and enter my address and click to have my card sent, I'm put through to the site with no indication that the card is being sent, and no follow up email. I typically get booted back to the sign in page. I enter my email and password, and that's when I get "Blocked: you must pair your mobile application."

I have no idea what this means. I've used 2 step verification many times, and this is a new one. I was never requested to pair anything, just asked for my phone number and to enter the verification code, which I did.

And fyi, when you enter your address in the system when joining, it's impossible to read what comes up.

Can anyone help?

I wonder whether they are trying to get you to register through the app.

We're sorry about this issue which appears to be affecting some new members, and we are trying to address. If you are able to try again, it should work the second time.

Thank you, I've been able to sign in today. Can you tell me how to request a new card, or perhaps from what I did the other day it's on the way? If I go to 'replace card' it's a blank page. I'm happy to give you any further details you need if it's private.

sorry I can't see how to send a PM. I read somewhere to look for a red bar at the top left, I don't see one perhaps the system changed?
 
There are rules about when new members can send private messages. You should be able to send a message to Admin or one of the moderators who can forward the information.
