BNE-HBA redemption online

I have been trying to find a rewards flight from BNE to HBA either direct or via SYD. At the moment the points quoted are those for zone 3 (1201-2400 miles). The actual distance either direct or via Sydney is 1111 miles so they should be quoting points for zone 2 (601 to 1200 miles). I don't feel like hanging on to the phone for hours to try and sort this out so I hope someone from Virgin reads this and sorts it out. I have filled in a feedback form online but I don't know how often someone reads these.

I'm seeing the correct pricing as of now.

FWIW, any flights via Melbourne would be priced as "zone 3" because the distance travelled would be over 1,200 miles in that case.

I know that. All flights were piced at Zone 3 for at least 36 hours prior to my post.

I dont know if my post or the feedback I sent had anything to do with it but the Zone 2 pricing reappeared for both direct flights and those via SYD shortly afterwards.
