AFAIK. This is where they will be refreshing (& Repainting I think) the new cabins. Installing Business Class Seats, new Economy Seats and changes to the Galley.
Sadly, there won't be new overhead compartments & lighting, this is for BSI only.
They are waiting for this facility to be approved by authorities before they can start. At it's peak they will do 2-3 aircraft per week.
