Rather nice of them - perfect timing for PAYG and BAS payments too! 20,000 is the total points cap of the offer (the bonus applies until you've earned 20,000 points), so it's essentially an extra 1.25 CitiRewards points on the first $8,000 you spend after 15 Oct (and before 15 Nov).

Nice to see Citi is now offering contactless cards as well.

Triple Point Offer to 20K (total includes base points) on both mine and my wife's CitiBusiness cards.
Was going to cancel them, but they waived the fee.

Glad I kept them now as that will be a bonus 14666 by 2 = 29333 points.

Bah, here I was feeling good about my offer and now I realise I've been stooged by Citibank again (it's happened before - me getting a lesser offer than (some) others)!:) I wonder how they decide who gets double and who gets triple?

I feel left out...

Been on CitiBusiness Gold for 3 years and the best I've got out of them is the annual fee waived.

Maybe they are only targeting people with certain spend?

hmm, I've been on a "2 bonus points per $" until dec31 2012 since May or so.

Hit my points cap, reset in August, hope to hit it before dec31 2012 :)

I got triple last month on my Plat card (have this and Citibusiness Gold), my spend on that had been zero! So of course this montsh spending was on the plat!
Maybe they will give me bonus on CitiBusiness Goldthis month, I can just switch between the two!

I just realised that I wasn't setup to received bonus offers, so missed this run. I called to try and talk them into giving me the bonus points multiplier on my citibusiness Gold card and they wouldn't come to the party. The just gave me 2000 points to make me happy.

Perhaps - not sure what the logic is though. My CBG was completely dormant from March to August as I'd hit the points cap, but it's had a serious amount of money pumped through it in Sept and early Oct. That is, they have no reason to incentivise me to spend more, unless the list of people targeted was generated over a month ago.

That's the other offer where I got less than others which I was grumbling about above. As we discussed in another thread previously I only got 1 bonus point per $1 until Dec 31 2012. I shouldn't complain though, 450k QFF points for $200k spend is pretty damn good.

How does one setup to receive bonus offers?

How does one setup to receive bonus offers?

You just need to go into your online login and make sure you have ticked the option to receive emails about offers and promotions. I think it might be in account settings.

jealous, i am setup and got nothing...

Just called CBG and they said, most definitely there is no promotion to double your points................. she said it about 4 times.
