Just got the email today.

Earn 50% more Flying Club miles when you book a flight to Hong Kong or London online and fly between 16 June and 31 August 2009.
It’s really easy. All you have to do is simply visit our Bonus Miles website, click on ‘register for this offer’ and book any flight to Hong Kong or London. Your bonus miles will automatically be added to your account. Too easy.

Not sure if it is targetted, but you do have to register.
 
I received the email as well. Some nice airfares but most discount economy booking classes only earn 0.5 miles (0.75 with this promotion).
