Bonus points for Amex point transfers - Finished ?

I can't seem to see any info any more on the bonus points over for transfers from Amex to Velocity. Does anyone know if this is still current ? I thought it was until the end of Oct. Otherwise, will wait until the next one, although the bonus percentage is slowly decreasing each time it is offered.
