Book Sri Lankan Airlines with Qantas Points?

Does anyone know if you can use Qantas FFlyer points to fly on SriLankan Airlines?

Yes, you absolutely can.

Depending on where you're flying from, though, you might not be able to book on the Qantas website. E.g. if the first flight on your ticket is from Colombo, you'll need to use a workaround method to search for availability and book (e.g. by calling Qantas) since Qantas can't process payments in the Sri Lankan local currency.
