Booking Srilankan Air using Qantas points

I am trying to book MLE - BLR, the routing is MLE - CMB - BLR on dec 23. I am trying to use Qantas points and I cant even enter MLE as "From" in the app or website, but can do BLR - MLE.

Should I call to make this booking?? This route shows up on Asiamiles and I am able to book it.

yes, unfortunately you’ll need to call. No guarantee QF availability will match Asiamiles. you can do a return search, BLR-MLE with the return MLE-BLR being the date you are actually looking for. If available. call QF
