Hi all,

I have a family trip booked with Air NZ involving flights on United and Alaska Airlines for US domestic legs.

For some time after the booking was made in mid 2017 (before the VA Velocity changes came in to play!) the booking was fuly viewable in the Air NZ app (ie details of each leg showed up, incl trans tasman, trans pacific and US domestic flights). However, the booking no longer shows on the app and the online booking form no longer allow it to be retrieved and for any information I need to call up.

Anyone have any ideas on what is going on, was there a change in the system late last year? I understand I can't use the AirNZ PNR on checkmytrip or others.

I'm happy to call up Air NZ later on, but I have a horrible habit of needing to look up the flights repeatedly in the lead up to the trip. :)

Cheers and thanks.

AirNZ bookings are often finicky to see online; it doesn't take much for them to stop appearing.

Do you have the AS and UA booking references?

Hi Serfty,

Thanks, I have managed to find the reference next to the UA leg, and that brings up both the AS and UA flights on the one reference.

Interestingly (and true to previous form), the UA flight times have changed. Perhaps this is the issue.

Thanks!

For those experiencing this issue - changes to United and Alaska flights on the itinerary had to be confirmed over the phone. Following the phone call, the reservation is now visible in the app and on airnz.com.au.
