Bpay processing time

What is the current processing time for bookings made and taking up the Bpay option.

I booked on 29 Dec and paid that day and as of today (11 Jan) the booking still displays "Payment must be made by midnight Wednesday 29 December 2021."

Well now I want to bring travel forward a week but cannot make changes as it says I haven't paid.

What's a reasonable time to delay calling?

58 minutes for a call back
59 minutes on the call, mostly on hold while cape town spoke to auckland

By law, ALL Bpay payments are deemed to have been completed on the same day they are made, regardless of the actual time for the transfer to complete.

I had same issue with BPay - after a few calls I refused to hang up until the ticket was issued and emailed to me - was a long call as the consultant had to speak to ticketing to get it manually issued

well I did receive a ticket yesterday but now today my booking is waiting for me to complete my payment of .....$0.00

In the window of time after the call yesterday, I changed the flights to my new dates, no change fee. No I guess I wait until this next glitch becomes an issue. ie, would be nice to be able to select seats.
