Brisbane drinks 30 June 2010 (Welcome back Mal)

As mentioned in the previous Brisbane drinks thread there is a drinks night in Brisbane on Wednesday, 30 June 2010 ~5:30pm. And a big "Welcome back" to Mal from the UK also original co-founder of Brisbane drinks nights.

The venue is The Mill Hotel Bar & Restaurant. It is located on Wickham Terrace, on the corner of Bartley St, next to Brisbane Private Hospital, opposite the old Tower Mill and ~100 metres from Jacobs Ladder.

Back in Brisbane now after my tropical holiday and some much needed sick leave.

Looks like we should have a few starters for Mal's welcome back to Australia and we will definitely be inside, next to the heaters, if the weather is as cold as it is tonight. Should be there tomorrow just before 6:00pm.

I shall have to bow out gracefully for tonight's gathering - I arrived back this morning from Tokyo and have gone straight to lectures from the airport.

I need to go home and make up for 10 days without sleep or water (booze isn't water, right?).
