British Airways R class showing as economy when viewed on Qantas website

Hi All,

I've booked a cheap club europe return ticket on BA to make up the 80 sc that I need to obtain SG by the end of november. I just wanted to double check that Qantas does regard this as business class for status credit earn. On Checkmytrip, it clearly shows the ticket as business class. But when I check my booking on the QF website, it shows as economy(R). Is this just because QF has no R business class ticket code?

That's just QF system mistaking R for economy and nothing to worry about.

The T&Cs show R as eligable for earning as business class ( Frequent Flyer - About the Program - Terms & Conditions ) so nothing to worry about there

Thanks for clearing that up, Dave. I'm looking forward to getting SG for the first time! Although not sure if I'll fly enough next year to retain it after that...

Yep it does that, although it shows the business class baggage allowance.
