Budget BCD - Qantas or Quest rate

Hi all

A friend has given me a BCD code that belongs to Qantas (or Quest). I'm uncertain what the terms and conditions are but it's much cheaper than going direct to budget.com.au - 50% cheaper

The BCD code is D478--- (just in case sharing codes are frowned upon) and the quote shows the rate code is QU.

Are there any issues with using random codes with budget? It accepted my gmail address on the booking.

Any qantas ff who have seen this code and or used this code before?

Rate Code "QU" doesn't indicate its Qantas or Quest. Some codes are generally OK to use some are quite specific and will raise questions. If you don't know who a code belongs to don't attempt to use it as you won't be able to answer any questioning.
