Hi All,
All flights on MEL-CBR and CBR-MEL have the business banner from now. no other route does until 18th Jan. Is Business service operational already on that route? I am very exited as I just booked my family of 6 on a return ticket next week!

Any Info?

Also the the VA source shows all 73H A/C on the route are 8J/168Y. posibly training crew?

I'm not sure, but it looks like a error to me - because if the banner was correct it would mean the remaining e170 operating the route has business class, along with flights connecting in sydney on a ATR which isn't the case.

Have a great flight with your family, I really hope it does have J for you :D

On my iPad the banner appears there for all flights but since there are no fares listed under the banner for sale I take that to mean J is not available on that sector. It just looks like the banner is part of the permanent page elements which show on every page of the booking site. Nothing to get excited about.

Sort of related, I noticed this morning on my OOL-MEL flight that the full business service seems to be in place including; Attendants only allowing biz pax to exit the plane first then pausing for a moment before everyone else can exit, more attentive service to biz pax, and the biggy the inclusion of a magnetic barrier chain between the purple dividers so economy pax can not access the front toilet. It does work as a deterrent however I noticed the attendants finding it a bit clumsy as they have to take it off turn and put it back on every time the need to access the front cabin.
