Business ticket refund

Not sure if this is the correct area but...

The Virgin site says the following for Business (not Business Saver) tickets:

No fee
[/TD][/TR][TR][TD]Cancel Fee[/TD][TD]Cancellations permitted prior to scheduled departure
No fee
[/TD][/TR][TR][TD]Name Changes[/TD][TD]Permitted - no fee[/TD][/TR][/TABLE]

Does this mean I'm entitled to a complete refund if I cancel my ticket? Or does it go into a travel bank with no penalty?

........though they may try to refund it via means of a voucher or travel bank. Just insist on the cash.
