Hello everyone
I received a travel exemption and left the country to Switzerland last week. I didn't get insurance but I am now looking into it and am a bit confused about my options.
Considering all countries have a travel ban from the Australian government at the moment I am assuming that I wont be covered by any Australian policies and therefor have to buy with a foreign company such as one from the UK (as the UK lists Switzerland as a safe country to travel to). Is this possible as an Australian citizen?
I am looking into travel insurance but also just health insurance as I am staying in one place in Switzerland and not travelling around and don't need luggage cover etc.
Does anyone know companies or policies I could check out for my situation?
Thanks everyone.
