Hi quick question,

The mileage calculator on VA doesn't give you AKL - LAX but does offer BNE - LAX 7,170
I just asked google how many miles from AKL-LAX and plugged that number (6512 miles) into the VA sc earn table putting it in zone 5. Is this correct? Thinking of switching the return leg to VA FF number in the lounge in LA.

Would just be good to know for future flights that I can use google as a good guestimate of miles when I can't find it in VA's mileage calculator.

I believe it would be very close. As an example Sydney - Singapore is 3916 miles by google and the VA calculator says 3912 miles.
