Hi there,

I booked the ticket flight with Singapore Airline through travel agent, but I forgot to provide them the Krisflyer number. When I log in on my SA booking online and input my reservation number, the system does not show my new mileages. I am not familiar with this issues, can someone help me for this problem? Much appreciate :)

Have you taken the flight yet?
If not, log in to manage my bookings, select the trip and add your number in the FF section.

If you've allready taken the trip, do they have a claim my points or missing points section when you log into your FF account?

Thanks for your clarification, I fly in July so I think it may add in mileages when I come back. Appreciate your quick respond :)

As malmacdowall mentions you stil need to make sure that the booking contains your KF number. Easy to do this via the website.

The website method will not work if there is a difference in even a small way between the booked name and the Krisflyer account.

Happy travels.

+1 to this. If done correctly, the booking should be pulled into the list of OP's bookings in the main KF account page within few hours of updating the booking.

PS. With the missing miles, they definitely have a feature and I personally found it very efficient for SQ's own flights. All you need for those is the booking details and the miles are credited straight away - no messing around with sending in boarding pass stubs. Can also confirm that you do NOT need to have your KF number on your boarding pass for this to work when you fly. (Tested recently as I flew some Y flights on SQ/MI which I normally credit to VS since I do not get any PPS value for Y flights but one sector wasn't eligible for crediting towards VS so added the miles later myself to KF)
