Hi all,Will be in these towns in May. Currently thinking Agoda.com
Please recommend comfortable(cheaper side) accom for 2 people.
Kelowna 1night
Lake Louise 1 night
Baniff 2 nights
Calgary 2 nights
Jasper 1 night
Kamloops 1 night
Whistler 1 night
Regards

I was on the gravy train at a conference & got to stay at the Banff Springs hotel & I can recommend it-doesn't fit your comfortable cheaer side though! There were a heap of smaller type hotels around though so I would trawl the review sites. Kamloops we stayed 1 night & at the time it was basically a big stop over joint- just picked out a little motel. From memory the cheaper rooms in the towns you are talking were not known for having fridges in the room & the bottle shops didn't store cold grog- remember going to a bottle shop in Kamloops & putting multiple beers into a basket & then very cold water ran over it until your booze was deemed chilled enough-maybe that has all changed.
We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights in Jasper in May.-enjoy your trip

I stayed Banff Aspen Lodge Hotel for a week at the start of March which was reasonably priced, comfortable and good location would happily recommend

The great thing about that hotel in Banff, is that IMO you don't need to stay there to get maximum benefit from in. In fact the only thing people seem to complain about, is their guest rooms!
