Cancelling card

Hi everyone,

I am planning to cancel my AMEX velocity platinum card, I have already booked the comp. domestic flight but yet to travel - cancelling the card won't affect the flights in anyway?

No, your flight will be fine. In fact, when I cancelled the phone agent actually asked if I'd booked my flights as she didn't want me to miss out.

Ah brilliant. Thanks for the feedback. I would be very surprised if it did affect the flight but thought I should play it safe and check
