Hi, I'm booked to the USA in April, using Qantas points, and have also booked some internal segments in the USA, on the same ticket.

I have 2 questions for the kind; sharing & greatly experienced members here.

1.I would like to cancel some internal segments, without calling the call centre. Can I do this online, without cancelling my entire ticket?

2. I have had a few flights changes (by the various airlines) & am requested by Qantas to accept; change or cancel the new flight arrangements. Thus far, I have always accepted the changes.
I am not happy with the latest change & have not accepted it. How do I go about finding an option that is more suitable for me, without incurring charges?

Thank you

Search for the flights that have been changed and look at what flights would work for you, then ring Qantas and tell them that the changes offered aren't suitable and you would prefer your nominated flights.

Basically give them the solution you want down to the exact flight numbers.

There have been some reports about re-booking options being available to select online in MMB after changes, although I haven't had it personally. Otherwise call centre is your only option.

Might be the same with the option to cancel a leg or more.

That's the easy part - the hard part (which is pretty much inevitable for non-Platinum QFF members) will be having the consultant you've got being able to see the same reward seats you can see online.

The OP would probably have to call back a few times if not more until they can find someone who can see the reward seats that are clearly showing online.
