Cancelling Points+Pay reward bookings

Recently cancelled a PE Points + Pay flight. (~$150 + 13,800 points). Cash has been refunded to my card (took about 2 weeks), but no sign of the points being returned.

Can anyone point to the T&Cs around this cancellation? I believe it should be "no charge" based on the PE fare, but looking for some confirmation before I chase it up.

-Refunds: If you cancel your flight in accordance with these fare rules, you may receive a refund. Refunds can be requested by contacting the GCC or by emailing your booking reference number, the name of the Guest and flight dates to [email protected] If you are eligible for this option, you can elect to receive the refund in the same form as the original form of payment, except where you have paid by cash or EFTPOS, the refund will be directly deposited into your nominated Australian or New Zealand bank account. If you have booked using credit from another Virgin Australia fare type, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have paid in Velocity Points your Points will receive a refund in Points. Refunds will reach your account within 7 ¿ 10 business days.

Looks to be a glitch in the matrix. Have emailed Virgin Australia for them to investigate...

When you make a points booking thru Velocity site the fare rules come up. You need to scroll thru for cancellations. PE fare rules are different.

I tried a dummy booking but couldn't link the fare rules
