Recently cancelled a PE Points + Pay flight. (~$150 + 13,800 points). Cash has been refunded to my card (took about 2 weeks), but no sign of the points being returned.
Can anyone point to the T&Cs around this cancellation? I believe it should be "no charge" based on the PE fare, but looking for some confirmation before I chase it up.
