hey, have a return booking for family of 5, due to unforeseen changes only now 3 can go, so may have to cancel the booking and redo, the booking was done fully with points as reward seats, some 147k points, what is the loss of points for doing this, its domestic TSV to SYD?? ie. how many of the 147k will i expect to see recredited!!?? cheers Darren

I've cancelled with no problems before. There is a cancellation fee which usually is wiped out by the refund of all the other charges like the Airport tax.

so if i click the cancel booking icon on the velocity website, all of my 147000 points will rejoin me!!??

What is the fare type?

Are the 3 that are still travelling going on the same flights as booked or are they changing days / route ?

the 3 will still go 100% as planned, but can't seem to see who to remove individuals off a (reward) booking other than cancelling

You will need to call, get them to split the 2 not travelling off the booking .... then refund/ cancel the 2 no longer going
