Can't get digital boarding passes for international travel anymore?

No. They will be making a come back shortly.
 
I was able to get a digital boarding pass when going SYD-NAN (Fiji) the other week but I did get stopped at the gate and had to show travel insurance and test results before being allowed to board. Couldn't get a pass on the way back (albeit a codeshare flight with Fiji Airways) nor for a trip this week to and from Christchurch.

My next trip is to the UK in August and surely we should be allowed to on the way over because they're essentially back to pre-COVID travel rules.
