Hi there, I apologise if I'm posting in the wrong area. I recently had to change my mobile number and I had no idea that it would create such an impost on being able to login to so many apps and services. I have managed to login to flybys (not on the website because it just hangs there doing nothing - regardless of the browser or device) and now it won't let me fully access my account because of the old phone number attached to teh 2 factor authentications is no longer being active.

I can't help but feel that this is just a simple way for flybys to retain our hard-earned points and then screw us over by having to start it all again. No wonder everybody complains about flybyes.

Is anybody able to provide a way of bypassing this ridiculous lockout protocol?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Wade,

Try ringing them...

2FA is used increasingly - and whilst it used to be optional, you can no longer avoid it so best get used to it.

Fundamentally it is protection for you and for them.

Cheers
