I recently did a Velocity redemption on SQ, I went to SQ website and under manage bookings enterer the relevant confirmation code and was able to enter required details and then select seats. Today I did another redemption and I can see the booking on the SQ website, I enter required details but they don't stick and it goes back to passenger details required. Has anyone had this problem. Secondly I tried to call SQ on 02 72094388 which appears to be their booking assistance number but it requires a PIN, to proceed, is this normal or is there another number. Thanks
