Can't search for classic reward flights only

Hi all, I have been trying to search for classic reward flights only and can't do this, every time I try it take a moment and comes back with error asking to "Enter a departure location. (#9201)". I have tried to use money, points or both and it yields results.

Is this to do with my account? I have tried different dates and different flights with the same result.

Have you tried doing the same thing with a different devices (iPad, iPhone, laptop), interfaces (apps vs browsers), browsers (safari, chrome, Firefox, IE), or platforms (Apple vs Windows)?

I am wondering if someone ever found the cause and maybe a fix to this regular glitch. Couldn't find an answer through past posts. Seems like switching to multi city
