Is anyone else having trouble searching for flights on the Virgin Australia website? Every search I do returns no results - I just get a blank screen (as per the below screenshot). It's been happening for several days and I've tried multiple browsers.

Am I doing something wrong or is the VA website broken again?

Had this issue earlier during DSC when trying to look at/book fares - highly frustrating! I felt a bit guilty rewarding a bad website by booking... also tried mobile and other browsers.

You do have to wonder how many sales Virgin is missing out of due to their website not working? Surely most people would just give up and book elsewhere.

Pretty much only use the app to book and it’s been fine.
Booked 2 flights only a couple of hours ago fine

I have had the same problem, consistently, with Safari on Mac for the past few weeks. Using Chrome and/or Firefox on the same Mac works fine.

It does indeed, but that doesn't excuse the fact that trying to book flights on a desktop, PC or MAC shouldn't be an arduous experience.

Can’t say I’ve ever had a problem booking $ flights with VA.

Different matter entirely with the award seat booking tool though - super buggy.

For a couple of months.

Have found F5 works. The thing that always stuffs it up is searching then going to another tab or window. If I stay put and watch the wheel, 99% of the time the results show as normal.

Yes, I have noticed if I stay on the same page it 'sometimes' works (even switching to another program and coming back will ensure it stays at the turning-wheel). I have found reload (in Mac) or F5 (in Windows parlance) used to work when it all started weeks ago, but now reload does not work anymore (at least under Mac and Safari).

I've also found great success (for a period of time at least) in clearing all cookies for the VA website.

I use Firebox by choice on laptop and Virgin barely works forme so need to go to Edge (IE)

Yes such sloppy web interfacing must cost them heaps.

I find regularly clearing cookies related to the booking URL often results in better and more reliable performance.

I go and make a cup of tea while the page loads. If that doesn't work, I try a scotch. After 2 or 3 scotches, I lose interest and go play elsewhere.

That's strange. It has been working fine for me, other than there being no availability for my preferred flight itinerary and times :(. Though I do search from an incognito window in chrome.
