Mum is travelling LHR-SYD-MEL later this week and I transferred my two Points Club General Lounge Passes to her. She's travelling PE and didn't need them on the way over as her points upgrade to J came through.
On the way back J is already full so I've gone to apply the passes to LHR and SIN but neither show as an option in her account (just SYD). Given they're both operated by Qantas I assumed she would have access with the passes. Is this a common occurrence? Could they be restricting access due to Australian school holidays?
