Car booking miles not given!!!!

I recently undertook travel to South Africa. I booked my car on the Qantas website as it promised 750 miles for each booking using Budget. I booked and on return saw all my flights on Qantas and BA had been credited. But no Budget miles. I have sent Qanats the car rental agreements 3 times requesting the credits! Alas no miles credited and only automated responses from their online query engine!!! Guess I will forfeit these miles but Qantas will never see me book a partner offer with them again!!!!!

Welcome to AFF. Have you tried contact Qantas via phone? How long ago was the trip? I know with some bookings for third parties, it can take a couple of months to appear (once my Avis one appeared 3 months later).

Yes I did and am told that I must send in the documentation. they cannot do anything without the documentation!!! Seems when you send them documents they are unable to create a repository with these scanned documents and link it to your FF number!
