Car hire for over 70 year olds.

I have not asked a question on here before - hope I am doing it right. My husband enjoys driving and wants to visit countries where we are NOT able to hire cars when you are over 70 before he turns 70. (He has just turned 63) Does anyone know of a website that may provide details of age related hiring of cars? Thank you.

Oh jeez, is that a hire car rule? I'm 61, and my any measure, my driving has not diminished. What a stupid rule.
