Car Hire [Overseas special offers?]

Hi FFs!

Does anyone know of a car hire company which gives you benefits and special offers for world wide use?

Most hire companies you join only offer special offers for the country you live in or are registered in. As most of my car hire is overseas, I need these special offers (like hire for 5 days and get 1 day free) to be effected on overseas travel as well.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who can help please.

I use one of the consolidators-at the moment driveaway.Dont give those sort of offers but usually have earlybird offers.Often if book by the end March for northern hemisphere summer a good discount.
For the USA they are often about 50% cheaper than booking direct.In Europe was about 20% cheaper.
As well they have been great with service-eg last week needed to extend one of my upcoming US rentals for a day-no problems and only took 2 emails-1 to ask and 1 to say yes.
