Most members of the Marco Polo club are probably Hong Kong Permanent Residents anyway, and already have fairly speedy access through immigration. It's never taken me very long to get through, faster than any other airport.

This is basically the same service available to APEC and HKIA Frequent Visitor cards. I used it today for entry to HKG. The first scanner I used would not read the barcode on my passport, so had to move to another gate. Even with the malfunctioning original scanner, I was through in less than a minute. Looked back and there was a huge crowd at the immigration desks for visitors. I estimate at least a 20 in wait for most visitors.

Yes I decided after the way to clear immigration at NRT recently that must apply for my APEC card...have been putting up with it until now but im over lining up.
