Surprised I was chosen. I am guessing mostly related to the many short-haul business class flights I have been on CX recently.

Is CX looking to make changes? Anyone else receive the email?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Cathay Pacific In Flight Entertainment Research

We are an independent market research and consulting organization and are conducting a survey on behalf of Cathay Pacific to understand your entertainment preferences

The survey will take around 20 to 30 minutes to complete. We would really appreciate it if you can take time to give us your valuable feedback.

Through this survey, we want to understand your current inflight entertainment experience and preferences, and also your thoughts on technological possibilities and improvements. Your feedback will help Cathay Pacific deliver a better inflight entertainment experience.

Please click on the below link to enter the survey:

Survey link: http://online2.cimigo.com/ssi/3374/Main/cgi-bin/ciwweb.pl?studyname=3374&PersonalID=12345678

The survey will close on January 15, 2012

Please be assured that all of the information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be used for collective analysis. Should you have any questions regarding this study or the content of the questionnaire, please email to [email protected].

Thank you in advance for your support.

P.S I think I have somehow stuffed up the link to the survey when I changed the PersonalID.

I've haven't received an email from them, but on nearly all the CX flights I've flown I have been asked by a crew member if I wished to do a survey. As a result I have a stack of CX pens.
