Hi all,

I'm looking to book a business class awards flight on Cathay Pacific through Qantas FF in early July 2019, from Hong Kong to Melbourne. I was doing some research and checking on availability in late June, however Cathay Pacific flights don't show up after 18th June, in any class, despite the 353 day window already passed the dates I was checking. Any idea if this is temporary, or expected behaviour? Would Qantas FF service be able to check and book on my behalf in this instance?

See thread on CX awards on QF but availability very poor now on CX. Is causing headaches for a number of us.

I suggest looking at other Australian cities. Last year when I booked CX J my return home, I had to go HKG-ADL as HKG-MEL was unavailable.

CX availability is zeroed out for everyone/every program atm for unknown reason, but suspected linked to new Asia Miles rates/website. Check breakfast and dinner each day, and it'll show up eventually (Use the asia miles site).
