Centurion travel insurance

I have been given the run around by various people at ACE insurance regarding a very simple question. I want to purchase "top up" insurance to cover me for a trip lasting more than 180 days. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, some people at ACE say I can, some say I can't. Would anyone have contact details for the person in charge at ACE for Centurion American Express?
This shambolic farce has given me doubts about relying on this insurance at all.
Has anyone else with Centurion cover had problems with ACE?
 
If you got insurance why don't you use the concierge service to do the leg work for you. At the highest cc level I'd imagine that they will be more than happy to follow up with any inquiries you may have.
