Change name of booking?

Hey guys,

A quick question for you all.

I am a QF PG, I fly international with Qantas monthly.

In March this year I booked 1,300 odd dollars worth of flights for myself and my then fiancé. I cancelled it well before the trip so now it is showing as a 'voucher'. She is no longer around, and I wish to use the total amount to book a flight for myself, or change her name to a friend/family member so they could use it.

Is this possible? It's not online. I would be happy to pay a fee to change the name but I can't find the option anywhere!

Have you called Qantas Gatty? I would have thought it would have been possible to make the new booking in one name only. Is there anything in the terms and conditions that says the booking must be in more than 1 name?

Is this the second post in a ~week with flights booked for girlfriend/fiance and have since broken up? Not good.
