Change on Your Summary Page

Tonight I have noticed a subtle change on the "Your Summary" page.

It used to show "Membership type: "Qantas Club Platinum"

Now it just shows "Membership type: Platinum"

I know it doesn't really change anything. Just something I noticed.

Did it used to show Qantas Club Gold for Gold members:?:
 
It has never said that on my summary page, has only ever said Silver or Gold/Platinum since I attained a status which had complimentary QC membership

Went from Qantas Club Blue to Silver and then to Gold; the Qantas Club prefix disapperead once the membership suspended

My summary page went from-
  • Qantas Club Bronze
  • Qantas Club Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum
I have never seen Qantas Club Gold/Platinum.

I call QF website glitch.

I was never a Qantas Club member as a bronze or silver, but it was showing as Qantas Club Gold for me. Perhaps it was the non QC members that got it.
 
I don't remember ever seeing Qantas Club Gold/Platinum on my Current Status. For me it has always displayed as Gold or Platinum....

Im pretty sure mine just said Gold last year when I was Gold, It now says Qantas Club Silver
 
Hmmm, I'm like the majority here - always remember just Golg or Platinum. Upon checking now, just Gold.

Hmmm, I suppose if I drop to Silver, it may come up with Lifetime Silver or Lifetime Qantas Club.

I agree, sounds like the gremlins at work (or being fixed).

FWIW, the Qantas Club part seems to come and go for me.
 
My monthly e-mail statement has always said "Qantas Club Platinum" since I first achieved that a few years ago. The summary page on the Qantas website has always said simply "Platinum".

Maybe the two different sources outlining status is where the confusion lies.
