Hi all,

I made a change to a classic reward ticket from cgk to syd to cgk to adl.
This resulted in extra taxes. When I did the change I gave my agent my card details for the difference between the old and new tax.
The next day I still didn't have a ticket and the extra tax hadn't been charged so I called back again and the agent made me pay the whole tax again, not just the difference like the original agent said.
Its been a couple of days now and I still don't have it ticketed, but the full tax was charged as they said it would.
So I've now paid tax on cgk-syd and cgk-adl and its not ticketed but showing in my login.
Anyone know how long is reasonable for this to be ticketed?

I'd email [email protected]

They should be able to help
Well a week later they finally replied and said I hadn't paid the tax yet which is not true.

I'm outside Australia now and QF number here is only available office hours.
Does anyone know an Australian number I can call to reach QF from outside Australia? I tried one I found but it wouldn't connect.
