Dear ExpertFlyer Subscriber: Responding to your suggestions, and continuing to improve our service offering, we have made some subtle changes that you may notice at ExpertFlyer.com. These are the first steps towards some very significant improvements to take place in the months ahead and give us a framework to provide additional features. Today, we have eliminated the occassional problem you may have faced from time to time where you received a message that you were "logged in elsewhere". This had occured when you closed your browser without logging out. This is now no longer an issue. We have also made some minor style changes to the screens to make them more readable. Another improvement is the use of Tabs to show more than one class of service for a flight's seat map. This eliminates long scrolling screens and easy access to multiple seat maps for a flight. Also, you will note that entry screens requiring a date will automatically enter the current date based on your PC's time clock as the default entry. This will save some time when looking up information for today, such as upgrade availability. This of course can be changed by entering something different. We have also employed the use of Tabs in the My Account section to better organize your preferences and account information. We hope you like them and we look forward to continuing to improve ExpertFlyer for you. As always, we appreciate your support, comments and suggestions. Thank you, The ExpertFlyer.com Team

Has anyone else had problems since the Upgrades? Everything appears fine and dandy, I fill in all the required information and click search which then changes to Searching. Once searching comes up nothing else happens. Using IE 6.

It seems fine to me. I had a little trouble checking that the flight details were correct on a seat map - font was a little small. Also - the default date format has reverted to US - I think previously I entered dates as UK format :(

Nope, working fine for me on both Firefox 2 (beta) and IE 7 (beta). Don't have a copy of IE 6 to test with unfortunately.

Mine stayed at my old setting, but it's easily fixed:
My Account/Preferences/Default Date Format.

No problems for me like settings changes etc. ... still works ok.

However, the page sizes have almost doubled in many cases and as a result it takes twice as long to load ... a pita on dial up :-|

So maybe I shouldn't have been so lazy and upgraded to Firefox ages ago like I had planned. All is good now.

M.
