Hi all

Please can someone remind me, I made a FF booking for my wife under the old rules J class BNE - MEL and just plugged in an April date when I did it (to take advantage of the lower redemption cost).

I now want to move the date of the flights to August, but no changes to class, route or passenger.

Do I cop any point fees to change this (like the 2500/5000)?

I just can't remeber and can't seem to find the old rules.

Cheers

Not sure on the fees, but can you change it to August anyway? Will you not be hit with a 1 year validity issue ?

Dave

I think the fee is 5000 points, waived (unofficially) as a PS/SG/WP.

Just double checked the rules, and it is one year validity from the original departure date, so you should be fine.

That's good; I had a niggling feeling that the award ticket was valid for 1 year from time of issue

I have been assured that all bookings made under the old rules will be treated under the old rules in every way.

Even if your change requires a reissue, it will be reissued under the old rules.
