I'm currently booked on the new QF6 FCO-PER flight before continuing on to SYD on QF644, all in J on the same award booking.
Unfortunately at the time of booking I wasn't able to secure a seat on QF6 all the way to Sydney which would be preferable instead of transferring to the domestic flight in Perth.
My question is, would the check in or gate agent in Rome be able/willing to shift me over to QF6 all the way to Sydney if there were J seats generally available, or would they require those seats to be in U?
