Hi.
Found some (I think) cheap flights PER-CTS on JAL via DPS or SIN (or SYD for a bit more), from $1450pp around the 10th Jan 2011.
I found the flights on Zuji/Expedia but as I normally book through the carrier directly I had a search on JAL's site and couldn't find them.
In the end I booked through Zuji but now I have a few questions:
1. Do you need status to allocate seats on JAL?
2. Why couldn't I book through JAL themselves, if they are offering the cheap fare?
3. Where, apart from Zuji, can I check my trip details? I have been given a code that starts with JF.... but this doesn't seem to work on JAL's own reservation checking system.
Hope the fare is useful to someone else, most other carriers have been 2000+
Edit: The code now works on JAL's website, you can allocate seats for free but there are no exits available- uncertain if this is due to my flights or lack of status, etc, and Zuji or JAL use Sabre and you can check it on Virtually There.
Still trying to figure out how I could have booked the fare directly, however.
