Whats the cheapest business class leg with Qantas when paying with cash, not points?

I was trying a few options, but was surprised the cheapest I could find was $660 one way from ADL-MEL, in November - fixed pricing on dates later than this.

I would have thought they'd be cheaper legs out there on business class! Even MEL-HOB was around $800!

If you want cheap business class tickets, you're looking at the wrong airline ;) Virgin has $199 tickets on several routes...

But to answer your question, I think BNE-CHC is among the cheapest route at $540 one-way (slightly less for the return leg). Or OOL-AKL is $563.

I can't think of any domestic routes that are cheaper, even SYD-CBR is $742.

As stated above, Sydney - Gold Coast is a frequent business domestic leg that is under $700.

Brisbane - Hamilton Island or Rockhampton and most flights from the big 3 East Coast capitals to New Zealand would be under $700 (some under $600).

On a "per distance" basis - the domestic leg, Melbourne to Sunshine Coast is not too bad
