As mentioned on the VA web change thread, my wife and daughters VFF number had magically disappeared from a booking I made for the three of us.
I've just got off the phone to the VFF GCC (and spoke with a lady who could not have been more helpful
) and she mentioned to me that I was certainly not the only one to pick up on this error and their IT team were aware of it and working to fix it.
Just a warning to others, it may pay to check that your VFF number is still attached to your booking. My booking was made during the triple point promo and she also assured me that the triple points would still be earned (despite the Ts&Cs stating the numbers had to be entered during the booking.....which they were, but they just didn't stick
