China Airlines TPE-KIX redemptions all gone?

I was doing some imaginary bookings to plan for a holiday to Japan in the near-ish future.
CR MEL-TPE via China Airlines are plenty, however I have noticed that the TPE-KIX route is completely gone from CR redemption?

Is it just me?

Depends on when you're looking. It could be that CI hasn't loaded their inventory, but i see CX and JL has options.

Same with CX

I see CX TPE > NRT and TPE > KIX

previously CI had almost daily QFF redemptions from TPE-KIX. But now not a single even though. Similarly, I didn't see CX offering any TPE-KIX flight previously, but now they have a daily offering

It's interesting, a couple of months ago I was looking at a KIX-TPE redemption for early January next year and like the op, I thought that CI had plenty of seats available in both business and economy across all 3 daily flights.

If you wanted a specific flight it may not have been available but it was easy to redeem a flight as long as you were flexible. For example, I wanted CI157 but had to settle for another flight as there were no business class seats left on CI157 that day. There were also plenty of economy seats available at the time on most flights.

So the inventory had definitely been loaded for the KIX-TPE direction at least, but when I checked again the next day after I booked the flight, all the remaining inventory around early January had just disappeared.

It's highly unlikely that every remaining seat would have been taken up in such a short time as there were so many seats available, so I'm guessing it must have been pulled for whatever reason.

I’ve got a feeling there might be a glitch or IT issue.
Yesterday morning there was stacks of CX availability on the routes I’m looking at and then last night they were all gone and instead MU availability started appearing

I've been looking for TW-JP also and it seems it's all gone? Only offering JL, or CX via HKG, MU via PVG, but can't find any CI flights for next year. Odd...
