Citi Prestige - Shangri-La Jade

Anyone know of how membership years worth with Shangri-La and the best time to take up the free Jade membership from citi prestige?

I got given 18 months. Not sure if it will automatically renew after that - my SPG Gold through Amex does.

Upgraded. Was told 30 working days for Shangri-la to receive it then another 8-10 weeks for the card/upgrade.
Shangri-La really want the new business don't they

Mine took about 6 months to come through. Citi concierge stuffed up

Can't remember how long the membership was for but it definitely took at least 3 months to come through.

Mine took less than two weeks to come through, suppose I was lucky
