Citibank.com.au down?

I've been trying since last night to sign on to Citibank Online and I keep getting this weird error message...

The combination of special characters you have entered is not allowed for security reasons, Eg. ,.<>?/*-+,,";;


​This actually happens BEFORE I can enter my userID & password... anyone else having the same problem???

I've had this same issue a couple of weeks ago...but OK for me now...

Problem solved - turns out the site doesn't like Chrome (for MacOS) - using Safari everything works again

No issue for me signing in to Citibank online.

Occasionally I have an issue with 28 degrees service centre and if I clear cookies or not use the link saved in my favourites I am able to access the service centre.

Weird - though the issue might be browser based (I normally use Chrome on Mac).

But it's working fine in Chrome on my new Macbook Air, but didn't work 2 weeks ago on my old Macbook... Perhaps a newer version of Chrome fixes the issue.

I find it amazing that a bank would not spend a few dollars on browser testing their site when the cost per signup/conversion is in the $100's of dollars for them.

Never had problems with chrome on both mac and pc. Did have trouble logging on this afternoon on iPhone app. But I think the server was just having problems.
