Citibank Prestige - Accessing Points

Hi All,
I am have problems trying to access my points from Prestige. About 2 months ago I changed from Signature
to Prestige, and since then my available points is showing 0. Got my first statement and the points are showing
available, but when I log into Rewards it is 0, but the card no on there is my Signature no and not the new one.
Have been on the phone and inbox for the last 4 weeks, and they are do stuff all. Very frustrating as they keep saying
it has been excalated - excalated to where?
Do I contact the Banking Ombudsman - will they be able to help?

If anyone from Citibank reads all the postings, can you give me a suggestion please.
