Claim missing QFF points from Finnair

Dear all, I was trying to claim missing QFF points from SIN-MEL QF38, which was sold as AY5029. It's on Business so should be 5000 points plus 60 status credits, right? I have attempted multiple times and all unsuccessful due to 'no match on booking name or flight'. Is there a QFF email I can attach my boarding pass?

Thanks. I just emailed them. Actually we already got points from all other legs except this one operated by Qantas...
